Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on Orders over $150.00.

Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

Once orders are shipped, tracking information is sent to email. Contact us if you need to alter an order ASAP. Actual delivery status is updated by carrier.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

• Russia
• Ukraine

Free, Standard, 2-day, 3-day, Expedited and Express shipping is valid on international orders.

For information about customs process:

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Note: Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday. To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 9am CST. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing and delivery time after delivery to the MPO (military post office).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed, please check with your local carrier first, carrier is ultimately responsible for all deliveries. We will notify you about any alternatives.

New country laws are being implemented which is out of our control. It is you right and responsibility to check and comply with those laws. We may update our terms, use, conditions, policies, and /or website(s) at any given time with or without notice. We may have unnoticed error(s) which we may not be responsible for.
